The Peace Light is burning in the office of the President of Ukraine

Every Ukrainian who lights a candle from this flame is reminded of the shared strength that helps us endure and overcome.

“While the Peace Light of Bethlehem is spreading across the world and Ukraine, Plast members, along with other defenders, are protecting the future of our state. Sadly, 72 of them will never return to guiding the youth again. They gave their lives for Ukraine, or as we say, joined the Eternal Flame. Among them, 35 left behind young children”, one of the Plast mentors shared.

But we will not give up. We will do everything in our power to ensure that our defenders stand strong, so that children can live. After all, these young people are the future of our country.
