Today we celebrate 113 years of Plast – the National Scout Organization of Ukraine!
On this day in 1912, the first Ukrainian scouts took their Oath, marking the beginning of the Plast movement. Since then, generations of young people in Ukraine and around the world have grown up in Plast, learning leadership, service, and love for their community and country.
Despite wars and repressions Plast continues to stand strong and grow. It lives on in Ukraine and in the diaspora, keeping and strengthening the spirit of scouting
